Out with the old and in with the new...

I am so bad at keeping on top of this blogging thing! It seems to fall to the bottom of my To-Do List, which happens to be pretty never ending these days...

You may have heard that we are having a big Sale over on our Etsy shop, which we indeed are. We have a bit of stock that we ready made for fairs and events last year, and had in various shops, and now as we switch priorities, we need to to shift to make room for new things!

We've spent a lot of time over the last few months brainstorming, researching, sketching and designing a brand new collection. We've done a lot of soul searching in this time and trying to decide what direction to take Lucky Sew and Sew in. We are still, as I see it, in the very early days of our business. We haven't even been running for a year yet, and although we are pleased with how far we have come in a short space of time, we feel it is time to really put a stamp on what Lucky Sew and Sew is. We haven't really sat down and designed a complete collection that compliments itself and goes together and really shows what we are about. We have been working closely with true vintage pieces that we have sourced, and are very excited to be able to show you our new pieces soon. It's taken a lot of hard work, often headaches and late nights, but we're finally getting to the end of this process now and are so happy with how it has all come together.

Therefore, 90% of the stock that we already have are designs that we will no longer be making. As they are now discontinued, we felt a sale would be the best way to shift some of the stock that we have.

We need to evolve as a brand and that's something that's very exciting and we can't wait to share it with you.
